With the Opti-Pole being located in a number of communities and businesses around Australia, there are a number of options for servicing and fault finding:

  • A staff member can be trained for basic maintenance
  • A qualified CCTV technician can be can be trained within your area
  • Given remote access, Optimal Security can service, maintain and offer programming assistance at any time (only if our preferred VMS system is installed)
  • The monitoring of the power plant can be conducted remotely
  • All internal hardware within the Opti-Pole can be easily swapped should a failure occur, making it easily serviceable for remote regions throughout Australia
  • A qualified consultant is available if required to assist with the design of the CCTV for the Opti-Pole in both the location and the programming to make the clients end objectives, achievable.
